Rental managers are team members who receive a commission on the top-line revenue of your rental operation. Add managers here to track their performance and payouts.
How to Access
- Go to Settings → Rentals → Managers
The Manager Roster
The Managers tab displays a searchable table showing each manager's name and commission rate (displayed as a percentage).
Adding a Manager
- Click the + button in the top-right corner
- In the modal, select the team member and set their commission rate
- Click Add
The manager will appear in the roster and begin earning commissions on rental revenue at their configured rate.
Removing a Manager
- Find the manager in the table
- Click the trash icon in their row
- Confirm the removal in the modal
Manager Payouts
Click the Send Manager Payout button (green, top-right) to open the payout modal and send commission payments to your managers.
