Fixed taxes are flat-fee charges applied to rentals after percentage-based taxes. Use them for location-specific fees like Hawaii's Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) or airport surcharges.
How Fixed Taxes Work
- Flat (one-time) — A single fee applied once per rental, regardless of duration
- Per Day — A fee multiplied by the number of rental days
Fixed taxes are applied after percentage taxes and do not affect subtotal calculations. They are automatically applied to new rentals — existing rentals are not affected by changes.
