Configure the tax rate and credit card fee surcharge applied to your rental transactions.

Rental Sales Tax Rate

You can set an additional tax rate that applies specifically to rental transactions (separate from your base org-wide tax rate).

1. Go to Settings → Rentals → General
2. Find the Rental Sales Tax card
3. Enter your Additional Rental Tax Rate (e.g., 10.250%)
4. Click outside the field to save

The Combined Tax Rate is displayed next to it, showing your base tax rate + the rental-specific rate combined.

Credit Card Fee Surcharge

When you use the "Add Credit Card Fees" feature on a rental, this percentage determines how much is added.

1. Find the Credit Card Fee Surcharge card
2. Enter the fee rate (common values: 5% or 10%)
3. Click outside the field to save

Note: This fee is only applied when you explicitly add credit card fees to a rental — it is not automatic.

Calendar Feed URLs

The General tab also provides two read-only URLs you can share or integrate with third-party tools:

• Calendar Sync Feed URL — An iCal-compatible feed of your rental calendar
• Rental Inventory Feed URL — A JSON feed of your available rental vehicles

Click Copy URL or Copy to copy either URL to your clipboard.
