The RentalOS Settings page is your control center for configuring every aspect of your rental operation. Navigate to Settings → Rentals to access it.
How to Access
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Click Rentals in the settings menu
Settings Tabs
The RentalOS settings page is organized into eight tabs:
| Tab | What It Controls |

| General | Porter rate, default address, fuel cost, calendar feeds, sales tax, credit card fee rate, fixed taxes, messaging toggles, and review settings |
| Tasks | Default tasks that are automatically created when a new rental quote is generated |
| Porters | Your porter team roster — add, remove, and manage porter payouts |
| Managers | Rental managers with commission rates for top-line revenue |
| Instant Booking | Requirements for auto-approved bookings — identity verification, insurance, and default agreement |
| Insurance | Bonzah insurance carrier configuration — coverage types, defaults, and requirements |
| Pocket Drives | Vehicle delivery service settings — airports, venues, and delivery fees |
| Onboarding | Setup checklist to get your rental operation up and running |
