How to Access

1. Go to Rooms → Reservations

What It Shows

• Room name — Which room was booked
• Member — Who booked it
• Date/Time — When the reservation is for
• Duration — How long the booking lasts
• Credits used — How many credits were spent
• Status — Confirmed, pending approval, cancelled

Managing Reservations

• Approve/Reject — If a room requires approval, review and approve or reject pending bookings
• Cancel — Cancel a reservation (may refund credits depending on policy)
• View details — Click a reservation for full details

Can I create a reservation on behalf of a member?
Yes. Admins can create reservations directly from this view by selecting the room, member, and time.
