- Go to Reports → Consignment or view individual vehicle P&L from the vehicle detail page
What It Shows
Per-Vehicle Breakdown
- Total revenue — All rental income for this vehicle
- Expenses — Porter costs, maintenance, platform fees
- Net profit — Revenue minus expenses
- Owner split — The owner's share based on the consignment percentage
- Your share — What you keep as the operator
Owner Summary
- Total owed to owner — Accumulated earnings minus payouts sent
- Payout history — All payments made to this owner
Generating a P&L PDF
From any rental detail page, click Generate P&L PDF to create a professional profit & loss document for that specific rental. These PDFs are commonly shared with vehicle owners to show their earnings.
