ClubOS Settings is your control center for configuring your membership club. Access it from Settings → ClubOS.
Settings Tabs
ClubOS Settings has five tabs:
| Tab | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| General | Credit values, club operating hours, credit card processing fee, and notification forwarding |
| Membership Plans | Create and manage your membership tiers (pricing, benefits, billing cycles) |
| Network | Enable other organizations to participate in your membership network |
| Rooms | Create and manage bookable rooms/spaces for members |
| Unifi® Access | Configure smart door locks for automated member access |
Who Can Access These Settings
Only organization admins can view and edit ClubOS settings. Regular crew members and managers do not have access.
How to Navigate
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Click ClubOS (or navigate to Settings → ClubOS)
- Use the tab buttons at the top to switch between sections
Each tab's settings save independently. Changes on the General tab auto-save on field blur, while Membership Plans and Rooms have their own save workflows.
